These Terms of Service govern your use of the AI receptionist service provided by Virtual Receptionist Company ("we," "us," or "our"). By interacting with our AI receptionist, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Virtual Receptionist Company provides an AI-powered phone answering and appointment booking service to small businesses. When you call a business using our service, you are interacting with an AI assistant — not a human employee of the business or of Virtual Receptionist Company.

2. SMS Terms

    By providing your mobile phone number to our AI receptionist during a call, you consent to receive a single transactional SMS text message containing your appointment confirmation details from Virtual Receptionist Company on behalf of the business you called.
  

Message frequency: One message per appointment booked.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive no further messages.
For help: Reply HELP to any message or contact us at virtiual.receptionist@gmail.com.
We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. AI Disclosure

Calls to businesses using our service are answered by an AI-powered assistant. The AI will identify itself as an AI if directly asked. The AI assistant is designed to handle appointment booking and common questions — for complex issues, you may request to be transferred to a human.

4. Accuracy of Information

Our AI assistant provides information based on details supplied by the business. While we strive for accuracy, appointment details should be confirmed directly with the business if you have any concerns.

5. Limitation of Liability

Virtual Receptionist Company is not liable for missed appointments, scheduling errors, or any damages arising from use of the AI receptionist service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the service in the prior 30 days.

6. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
